Now that my 90. Leichte Afrika Division Schützen Kompanie is done it is time to concentrate me more on my French Escadron de Reconnaissance Early War force.
The platoon that is ready to get painted is a Deep Reconnaissance platoon with 4 Panhard AMD 35.
What will follow after this platoon is a bit unclear as the weather forecast is showing that the temperature will drop below the 0 degrees Celsius. So this means I can't give new platoons a layer of primer or even get painted platoons sealed with varnish because, when it is freezing, I don't have a room with a warm enough temperature to use a spray-can and get a good result. I don't think it is wise to go and spray in the living room or kitchen. Oh well I can't do nothing more then wait and see what happens. Maybe I find a way to solve this problem.

ReplyDeleteWell as it looks now and as far as the weather forecast shows on tv, it will keep freezing for the next 2 weeks. First people are already skating on ice. Hell they are even already start talking about an Elfstedentocht. This is an event like a Marathon only it is for speed-skating and is 200 KM long on natural Ice (without a break). This event can only be done if it is freezing hard and for a longer period. Lakes and canals needs time to form thick enough ice. That is why this is event is only held once in a while. Last one was 15 years ago.
DeleteThe cold weather is being caused by the east wind come from across Russia,where its between -20 and -30. So i don't we are having it to bad ?
