Painted a Ral Partha miniature.

I found this mini at the back of a drawer between a lot of junk. Don't know how this mini became in my possession. Someone probably gave it to me so I had something to paint. But after being on my painting table for some time I probably tossed it in the drawer and forgot about it. Now more then 20 years later I painted it.
Don't know what kind of mini it is, a hero or maybe a wizard. All I know is what is written on the bottom of the mini: 1991 TSR M19 (or MI9) Ral Partha. Searched on the internet but found no info.
It is painted mostly in a sort of earth colours. Painted this one, just like the Orc / Skaven hybrid, for the fun of it.
Only wish I could take better pictures.
