Because I didn't like the color of the water and reading the comments on some forums on my try to make a pond I decided to repaint it.
I think it looks much better now. It now has a nice dark color. I also like it better how I painted the gloss varnish on it. It gives a bit of a water look to it.

Looks liek you had the same issues I had. I didn't like the colour of my Pond and ended up repainting it. I also could'nt get the water effect to look right, in the end opting for several coats of gloss varnish.

ReplyDeleteLooks great! Very muddy and soupy which screams swamp. I would do everything I could to avoid wading through that mess.
