Changing the look!

A new begining means a new look.
First thing I did was to get rid of the depressing dark colour and changed it in a fresh white colour.
Hopefully you like the new look.
Next I replaced my profile picture by a new one. The other one was very old, can't even remember how old.
Removed some links that are no longer needed. Probably will remove more later.
In time I will probably change more things on my blog.
Now I only have to solve the problem that I can't reply to a blog post or other reply when I use my tablet.
Another thing to do is clean up my old camera.

Next time painted miniatures!

Back...!?

First let me tell that I had a long thought if I wanted to post the following but decided to do so but left out most of the details.

I know it has been almost 1½ year ago that I posted here for the last time, not sure if there are still any followers of my blog still here.
Although I already didn't post that much anymore it wasn't my intention to stop posting after the last post. But sometimes things in life happen that change all things.
What happened was that I got the news that I needed another surgery. I don't want to go to much in detail about it.
Only to say that all went well. I'm still not at a 100% condition.
It also meant I didn't had any desire to post anything on my blog for a long time.

It doesn't mean that I didn't do nothing in those 1½ year. I still did some painting but not so much as I wanted.
Later on I will post pictures of these painted models.

That's all for now.

Thanks for reading!

Battlegroup: Sniper and Recon Platoon Command (German).

My first painted miniatures for 2017 and they aren't even this best painted. Better said these are the worst painted ever. Oke I never was I great painter but even for my standards this not very good. Problem is that I suffer having trembling hands. Even if I support my hands I have this problem. This makes it difficult to paint. So I decided to keep the painting simple.
What I have painted are a late war German sniper team. A late war German Recon Platoon Command team in a SdKfz 250 and a Recon Platoon Command team without transport.

Sniper team.
Recon Platoon Command in SdKfz 250.
Recon Platoon Command in SdKfz 250.
Recon Platoon Command without transport.

Thanks for looking.

My blog and what to do with it part two.

Last post I asked myself the question what to do with this blog. Now more then a month and 114 views and 2 reactions (Thanks) later, I have decided to keep the blog up and place new posts on it on a very irregular basis. This means that the time between posts can be days, weeks or maybe months.

Later on I will probably change the look of my blog by removing links and adding new ones.
This brings me to a question. Maybe most of you already saw it that I removed the link to the army files I made for the rulebook version 3 of Flames of War. The question is do people want this link back. If yes keep in mind that, although I have the new v4 rulebook and books to update the Early and Late war army lists, I won't update the armyfiles to the v4 rulebook. This is simply because for some years now I no longer play FoW anymore and don't have any intention to start playing it again. Nor do I have the time for it.

That's it for now.
Till later

My blog and what to do with it.

Well the title says a lot. What shall I do with my blog.
It is getting close to July now and I haven't posted one single post this year and if I look back at last year I only posted 5 posts. Can't say that is a lot. And I don't know if it will become better.

Now back to the question "what to do with my blog?"
There are a few options.
1. Keep it up and post when I want or have something to post with the risk that it won't be a lot.
2. Just tear it down and remove it from the net.
3. Do nothing and let it fade away in oblivion until everybody has forgotten about my blog.

It is a choice I'm struggling with for some time now but I still don't know what I shall do.

Choices choices....
